ABOUT THE PROJECT

Revitalizing a Neglected Space,
Creating a New Landmark

For over 30 years, the site at 200 Lake St E has changed hands multiple times, with four different owners since 1990. Years of deferred maintenance and neglect led to repeated vandalism, flooding, and mold contamination, making the existing structure beyond repair. Despite previous redevelopment attempts, Landmark Wayzata is a proposal to bring forth a community-focused, thoughtfully-designed plan that ensures a win-win for Wayzata residents and the community.

For the past five years, we have worked closely with the city to craft a vision that fits Wayzata’s character, resolves past challenges, and delivers a development we can all be proud of.

What This Project Will Bring
